MEDIA ALERT - Sumter Store Sells $200,000 Palmetto Cash 5 Ticket

WHAT: A Palmetto Cash 5 ticket sold in Sumter matched all five numbers with Power-Up to win a $200,000 top prize in Friday night’s drawing! The winning numbers were 2, 8, 11, 22 and 36. The Power-Up multiplier was 2.


WHERE: Young’s #653 on Myrtle Beach Highway in Sumter sold the ticket that matched all five numbers in the June 18 Palmetto Cash 5 drawing.

More than 5,000 tickets were winners with prizes from $1 up to the $200,000 prize.


WHO: The winning $200,000 ticket holder is from Gable and asked that his name not be publicized. He had purchased Power-Up and multiplied his $100,000 top prize by two.
